Maureen O’Malley Rehfuss - Member, Board of Directors
| Maureen is the President and CEO of Career Partners International – Twin Cities a talent management consultancy. Her background includes senior level HR leadership roles including HRM/HRD functional start-ups in the professional services, engineering, high and low-tech manufacturing, and financial services sectors. She has extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, talent & change management, mergers and acquisitions and operations.
As an HR leader earlier in her career she pushed to include mental health assistance for her companies and health plan well be for they were required. As a mother and spouse of a high school teacher, Maureen witnessed the impacts of mental health on young people whether that be family members, their friends or her husband’s student. Maureen believes that one life lost to mental health is one too many. She joined the Board of Youable Emotional Health in April of 2020 and is on the Finance Committee. Maureen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Human Resources from Marquette University. She received her executive coaching certificate from the University of St. Thomas. |
