We bill insurance for our services, and work with all insurances in Minnesota. We are in-network for the following: Aetna (NOT accepted for Medication Management), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (Evernorth), Health Partners, Hennepin Health, Medicare, MN Medical Assistance (MHCP), Optum, Preferred One, TriCare, UBH (Medica), United Healthcare.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept Humana insurance beginning September 1, 2025, and as of January 1, 2026, we will not accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

At Youable we want everyone to be emotionally and mentally healthy regardless of their insurance or income, so we have a sliding-scale option for those who qualify.
