Therapy During COVID-19
Taking care of our emotional health during times of high stress and rapid change is especially important.
We want to make sure we are accessible to you, either in person or via technology. If you are feeling ill, sheltering in place, or have self-quarantined, we encourage you to contact us so we can support your emotional health through telehealth.
We've adopted recommended guidelines to keep you and our staff safe if you would like to see us in person. When you come in for your appointment, we'll ask you some health-related questions to make sure you're feeling well and haven't been exposed to the virus, take your temperature non-invasively to make sure you don't have a fever above 100.4 F and ask you to sign an informed consent form. Therapist offices allow for social distancing, but we ask that you wear a mask in our waiting rooms. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation as we try to do the best we can in these times.
