A Little About Jackie’s Role

Jackie has been in human services for more than a decade and started at Youable Emotional Health in July 2010.  In her time at Youable, she has had the opportunity to advance from a Day Treatment Therapist to a Day Treatment Coordinator, Day Treatment Supervisor and now serves as Manager of Integrated School Mental Health Services. She brings encouragement and increases confidence in clients, staff and the others that she works with.  She collaborates with both the clinicians and the school’s teaching staff to help create positive change in our clients. “Most of the clients who come to Day Treatment have school avoidance issues and haven’t enjoyed going to school in years,” she says. “When I hear from a parent who is so surprised and grateful that their child is attending school without the fighting, arguing, and bribing that was happening for years before Youable, I feel so proud of our organization.”

In her spare time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the lake in the summer months, and playing soccer and coaching in the fall.
