Robert joined the Youable Board of Directors in 2020 and currently serves as Board Secretary.  He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, and operational management, including executive leadership roles at Microsoft and Ernst  & Young.

Rob is actively involved in youth mentoring, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement throughout Minnesota.  Roles include involvement with the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games, serving as a coach and director with Crossfire Youth Sports, and membership in Next Level Partners.

Rob is passionate about strengthening access to emotional and behavioral health services in the community and supporting organizations that help individuals and families thrive.
