Lilly joined Youable in July 2026 as a Mental Health Worker within our Adolescent Day Treatment program.  She has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families.  In her role she enjoys supporting and empowering the teens within the Day Treatment program with their goals in and out of school and watching them grow.  She uses active listening, adaptability, motivational interviewing, encouragement, and follow-up with her clients.

When she is not working, Lilly enjoys pickleball, volleyball, writing music, playing guitar, and cooking.
