Jimmie is a licensed clinician and educator with over two decades of experience supporting youth, families, and systems across Minnesota.  He currently serves in Osseo Area Schools, where his work focuses on behavioral health, restorative practices, and system-wide capacity building.

Jimmie is the founder of life re-xamined™, where he partners with schools and organizations to translate trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and restorative approaches into practical, real-time decision-making under pressure.  His work emphasizes consistency in adult response, strengthening relationships, and aligning day-to-day practice with organizational values.

He brings a dual lens of clinical expertise and systems-level implementation to his role on Youable’s Board of Directors.
