Kristen joined Youable in August, 2025.  She has over 10 years of experience working in human services and has worked with adults, children, and adolescents, including incarcerated adults in segregation, crisis stabilization for adults, as a school-based therapist for middle school-aged children, and in outpatient telehealth for adult clients.  She uses cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, person-centered, trauma-informed, and play therapy methods with her clients.

When she is not working, Kristen enjoys reading, art, music and dance, doing anything outside, and traveling to new places.
