Dr. Myklebust has an extensive background in education and mental health. She is a former school and district office administrator in Intermediate District 287, a consortium of twelve west suburban school districts in Minnesota. Char is the Executive Director and Owner of EQ Learn, LLC and Stone Arch Learning, LLC, online and in-person professional development companies. She presents regularly at conferences across the U.S. and, in addition to serving on the Executive Board of Directors of Youable, is a member of the Board of Directors of Empowered Pathways Mentoring Initiative (EPMI). She is also the Educational and Mental Health Specialist for Live More, Screen Less, a youth and family-friendly organization that advocates for digital balance and responsibility.
