Jose joined Youable in June, 2025.  He has experience working with clients of all ages.  He is a bilingual Spanish speaker, and prides himself on the work he has done with Spanish-speaking populations and communities of color.  As a therapist, he creates an environment where people can show up authentically with unconditional positive regard, and likes to use CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing techniques in his work with clients.

When he is not working, Jose enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Dungeons and Dragons, and watching horror and sci-fi movies.
