A Little About Pat’s Role

Pat has been with our organization since 1985 and seen it through several expansions and changes. He has served as CEO since 2001. He works with the board, staff, and community to develop effective services that meet the emotional health needs of children, adults, and families. “We partner with a wide variety of people to identify and meet community needs,” he says. “From an organizational perspective, I ensure our staff have the resources, skills, and training they need to do their jobs as effectively as possible.”

Pat is involved in several community and civic groups including working as Chair of the Hennepin County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative, serving on the Richfield Rotary, the Richfield Optimists, and is a member of the Hennepin Community Health Improvement Partnership Executive Committee.

In his spare time, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife and three adult children, and volunteering. He is currently President of the Golden Valley Little League.
